HODs Message
It is with great pleasure that I extend a warm welcome to all students, parents, and well-wishers of Suddhananda Residential Polytechnic (SRP). As the Head of the Departments of Electrical Engineering and Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, I have the privilege of guiding a dynamic community of future engineers and innovators.
Our departments are built on a foundation of excellence, practical learning, and industry relevance. The Electrical Engineering department, with a vibrant strength of 90 students, focuses on power systems, renewable energy, and automation—fields that are critical to building a sustainable future. Meanwhile, the Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering department, with 30 dedicated students, delves into the fascinating worlds of communication systems, embedded electronics, and signal processing, which form the backbone of our connected digital age.
At SRP, we believe in a hands-on approach to education. Our laboratories are equipped with modern tools and technologies to provide students with ample opportunities to experiment, innovate, and apply theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges. Our faculty members are not just teachers but mentors, committed to nurturing curiosity and technical excellence in every student.
In both departments, we emphasize the development of problem-solving skills, teamwork, and ethical engineering practices. Our goal is to produce diploma engineers who are not only technically proficient but also socially responsible and ready to contribute meaningfully to industry and society.
I am proud of the passion and dedication shown by our students and faculty alike. Together, we are committed to maintaining a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
I invite aspiring engineers to join our departments and become part of a legacy of excellence. Let’s power the future and connect the world—together.
Sincerely,
Mr. Santoshmaya Behera
